Monthly rent includes 24/7 tenant access, free parking for tenants and guests, complimentary coffee, shared meeting rooms, kitchen and lounge areas, and access to the outdoor courtyard.
Earth to Mars Cafe is also located on-site, making it easy to grab coffee, breakfast or lunch without leaving campus.
